DIABETES WORKSHOP FEES:
· $200 per 90-minute group workshop session
Time and price can be flexible based on need and availability. Fee includes all materials for participants.

Wellness/Counseling Session Fees:
· $40/hour for counseling or coaching session (50 minutes)
· $20 per person for group healing session (90 minutes).
· Three slots are available for a sliding scale to a minimum of $25 per 50-minute hour.

SUPPORT GROUP FACILITATION FEES:
· Suggested donation of $5 per family/attendee

DIABETES IN THE SCHOOLS
· $150 for initial 1-hour session/presentation to staff
· $450 for 3 hour follow up to include meetings with key support staff, case study review, and more depending on district/school policies and needs

    • Learn how focused awareness on the present moment can create freedom, peace, and improved health and diabetes management, no matter how “bad” things seem to be.
  • Diabetes Burnout: How to Keep Going When You’ve Had Enough!
    • Discover ways to give yourself a “break” and get back on track when Burnout has sapped your motivation and nothing seems to be working like you wish it would. Or perhaps you don’t even really care if or how it all works… If so, this class is for you. Workshop uses the book “Diabetes Burnout” as reference manual.
  • Creating and Loving (or at least working well with!) your Diabetes Team
    • Find out how to make the most of your health care team, so that you all really are working towards the same outcome – your fantastic health and happiness, despite diabetes!
  • Communication Counts! Tips for Talking Straight about Life with Diabetes
    • Misconceptions abound regarding diabetes “rules,” and judgment rarely helps anyone. Learn practical tips for diffusing conflict, sharing “diabetes etiquette,” and how to deal with those awkward moments with strangers, friends, and family.
  • Where do I start? Setting Goals that Matter for Living Well and Staying Sane with Diabetes
    • Learn which “numbers” really matter, and why. Create reasonable, “SMART” action plans based on personal priorities. Follow up class or contact highly recommended, along with connection with others from class for ongoing support.

    • Pre-conception, pre-natal, and post-partum counseling, education, and support
  • For Women Only
    • Diabetes has particular challenges that women alone face. Join us in a forum where we can focus on issues such as dating, pregnancy, parenting, hormones, emotions, sex, issues of aging, etc. that can be uncomfortable in mixed company.
